At AGI Design, we offer two payment plan options for your convenience.

Option 1: AGI Design Payment Plan
- Pay at your own pace with no interest rates.
- Available to all clients worldwide.
- This in-house plan is facilitated through PayPal Invoice with no eligibility criteria.
- Once 50% of the full amount is received, we begin work on your ring. Upon receiving 100% of the ring's cost, we ship it to you. 

-The maximum payment plan period is 6 months. Orders must be paid in full within 6 months
- In the event that a payment plan is cancelled (before you have paid 50% of the total amount) due to non-payment, or at your request, I will refund any payments you've made on the item EXCEPT the 15% restocking fee which is non-refundable.The order can't be refunded once I start working on it.
- Completion of payment is required before shipping the ring.

Option 2: Affirm Payment Plan
- Available to Canadian clients only.
- This plan is facilitated through a third-party, Affirm, and eligibility is determined through an application process.
- Interest rates may apply based on the length of the payment period.
- The benefit of this plan is that we will start working on your order immediately and ship it as soon as it's ready.
To proceed with this payment plan, add your order to cart, proceed to checkout, and select Affirm under the Payment Section.

Shipping & Production

All jewelry pieces are handmade to order by myself in my workshop, located in Toronto, Ontario and produced entirely from scratch. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production and delivery. I will provide you with images of the production process so you can follow the progress. If there are any delays, I will contact you immediately. If you have a rush order, contact me and I will do my best to meet your timeline.

Local pick up is available upon request.

AGI Design orders are shipped with the reliability and accountability of UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post shipping. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

We offer free shipping to Canada and the United States. 

For most orders shipping within the United States and Canada, we will use 1-2 day express shipping.

Shipping is available for the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries at this time.

Each individual country has its own customs and trade rules and additional fees may be required for release to you. Please check with your local postmaster regarding arrival customs fees.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied, we’ll be happy to return or exchange your item, subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy. Return & exchange accepted within 14 days.

The following items can't be returned: Custom orders 

Returnable Items with Conditions: Items with Lab-created diamond center stone, items on sale or purchased with a discount code and engraved jewelry can be returned with a 15% restocking fee.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost and customs fee when applicable. Please be advised that AGI Design cannot be held responsible for product loss during the shipment.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made over 24 hours after the purchase will be subject to our refund policy.

Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our jewelry, and in the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back for inspection and repair. Any item found defective during that period will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

All Forever One Moissanite comes with a lifetime warranty and certificate of authenticity from Charles and Colvard.

Premium moissanite comes with a lifetime warranty from AGI Design and guarantees that Moissanite will maintain its brilliance and fire as long as you own the stone

Try-On Options

Virtual Try-On

We know its difficult to choose engagement rings online. To help you visualize the actual ring on your hand I can create a rendered image of what that would look like. By simply sending me an image of your hand and I can show you how the ring is going to look on your finger. Just include a coin or measuring tape in the image so I will know the actual measurements of your hand.  Please include the style of the ring you are interested in and center stone shape and size.

Resin Try-On Ring

Another option is to purchase a resin sample of the ring. All the samples are made of 3D printed resin and can be made in your finger size and with preferred center stone size. This will enable you to try the ring before committing to the production in precious metals. The sample is yours to keep and I will deduct the sample cost from the final product price if you purchase with us.
